College Options Foundation is pleased to announce the results of the 2009 Navy JROTC Academic Championship.  After three very competitive rounds of online tests covering English, Math, JROTC curriculum and current events, the national results are as follows:

The competition, which began with over 100 teams in Level I last December, concluded on March 6 after sixteen teams battled for top honors.  All cadets on finalist teams will receive a certificate of achievement.  The three top place teams will receive team plaques and a package of College Success materials including SAT/ACT study guides and a DVD containing valuable information on college admissions, financing and preparations for success in school.

We sincerely appreciate all of the hard work and dedication of the students and instructors who participated in the competition.  We hope that the cadets enjoyed the program and that they will continue to pursue academic excellence.

We encourage all Navy JROTC units to participate in next year’s Academic Bowl.  Dates and details will be available on our website in the coming months.
